The morning after your appointment, someone who was actually in the room -a technician or one of our doctors -sends you a text. Not an automated survey. A real question about how your pet is doing.Reply however you like. Most of these are two messages and a photo. If something in your answer concerns us, we stop texting and call you, and if your pet needs to be seen we find room on the schedule that day.After surgery the check-in gets specific -appetite, incision, energy, how the pain medication is sitting. Those are the four answers that tell us whether recovery is on track.
